All items are made to order.
Payment is required before an item is made
Leave 21 - 28 working days for orders.
Errors can not be rectified if customers error.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned.
Designs and colours may vary from pictures shown.
All items are handmade and rely on availability of material which may differ slightly in colour from pictures shown.
Custom orders will require communication to ensure you receive what you hoped.
Custom orders require full payment before a design will start.
All items are well packaged and all care is taken to ensure you receive your item complete. We will send tracking details, but are not responsible for items once posted. We will of course help where we can.
Items can be collected at events, please see the calendar of events and let us know.
